Resilience in my journey

I am most proud of the resilience I’ve shown throughout my nursing journey. Balancing school while raising my daughter on my own and taking on family responsibilities taught me discipline, time management, and how to keep going even when things felt overwhelming. These experiences have fortified my commitment to providing unwavering care, no matter the circumstances.

Confidence in clinical skills

I am also proud of the clinical skills and confidence I developed during all my clinicals and specifically my NICU practicum. Being able to care for such vulnerable patients and support their families strengthened my ability to stay calm, attentive, and compassionate in high-stress situations. This experience profoundly shaped my approach to critical care and patient advocacy.

Personal Goals  

- Eventually end up in peds or psych 

- Gain as much experience as possible before stepping into other roles.
